We keep this simple. We only ask for what we need to reply to you, and we treat it with care.
What we collect
When you use a form on this site — contact, donation enquiry, volunteer, or sponsorship — we receive the details you choose to enter, such as your name, email address, the amount or area you're interested in, and your message. We don't collect anything else about you.
Why we collect it
We use your details for one purpose: to respond to you and follow up on your enquiry. That's it.
How it's handled
Form submissions are sent straight to our organisation inbox at info@ugutucommunityfoundation.org. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone outside UGUTU Community Foundation, and we keep it only as long as we need it to help you.
Donations through PayPal
When you donate using the PayPal button or QR code, the payment is handled entirely by PayPal on their own secure pages. We never see or store your card or bank details — PayPal only tells us that a gift was received.
Cookies and tracking
This is a simple static website. We don't use advertising cookies or track you across the web.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see what information we hold about you, or to delete it. Just email info@ugutucommunityfoundation.org and we'll take care of it.
